Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Providing domestic support, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Facilitating social engagement and transportation for clients, including outings, grocery shopping, and medical appointments.
  • Aiding clients in the use of mobility aids and personal equipment, such as wheelchairs, walking frames, and hearing devices.
  • Supporting clients with complex needs and monitoring their overall well-being.
  • Reporting on client progress and participating in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Criminal Record Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Current Working with Children Check preferred (or equivalent state-based check).
  • Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred).
