Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at a state-of-the-art childcare centre in Bendigo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with families and staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and staff, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Oversee the centre's operations, including financial management, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care, ACECQA recognised or higher qualification.
  • CPR, first aid, asthma & anaphylaxis certificate.
  • Working With Children's Check.
  • Clear Police Check.
