About the Role:

The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre. This exciting leadership position will be responsible for leading a highly engaged and dedicated team in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in both a long day care and sessional kinder setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in the delivery of high-quality early learning education and care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the centre's performance and achieve excellence in the National Quality Framework
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and other professionals
  • Ensure the centre is a safe and supportive environment for children and staff
  • Manage the centre's resources and budget to ensure efficient and effective operation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood/Children's Services or similar
  • First Aid & CPR certification, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and understanding in the implementation and ongoing management of the National Quality Framework
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
