Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients across various environments, as well as participating in client projects and developing standard operating procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 3 technical support and administration via clients IT Service Management toolset within the Service Health Indicator (SHI) timeframe.
  • Third Party Vendor Engagement.
  • Participate in client projects when required.
  • Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Develop and update detailed level design.
  • Participate in out-of-hours activities as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge & experience in Microsoft Server products and integrated technologies.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Secret Server.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Citrix Studios & Director.
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification.
  • Tenable AD Experience.
  • Certificate Management Experience.
  • NV2 security clearance is required.
