The Role: Physiotherapist

  • Tackle an existing, busy caseload of patients requiring physiotherapy assessments and tailored treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, coordinated care for our diverse client base.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, superannuation, leave entitlements, and a professional development allowance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
