Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' and colleagues' lives. About this role

You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the grocery department, encompassing all aspects of stock management, visual merchandising and customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to guarantee our store is consistently meeting its full potential, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You'll need previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with direct leadership experience essential.
  • You must be able to lead, coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets, control costs and manage rosters.
  • You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, inspiring your team to do the same.
  • You'll commit to simplifying things for our customers by ensuring our visual merchandising, safety and compliance standards are always met.
