Job Description

The role of an Enrolled Nurse in the Emergency Department at Bega is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong nursing skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Effective clinical communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining competence
  • Knowledge of person-centred nursing and openness to change in care delivery
  • Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical relevance to the position
