We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide personalized support to individuals in the community.
This role involves assisting participants with daily tasks, community access, and recreational activities, promoting healthy habits and providing respite care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household management
- Facilitate community access and participation in social activities
- Provide support for individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges
- Promote healthy habits and well-being
Requirements:
- Professional experience in disability or community care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid Certification and Working With Children Check
Job Type: Casual/Contract
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Aberdare NSW
