Support Care Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to support clients in their own homes, providing quality care and assistance with everyday tasks.

Job Description

As a Support Care Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport
  • Developing genuine connections with clients and helping them live their best possible lives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • A strong communicator with resilience and patience
  • Ability to use smartphone technology, apps and email
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and police check clearance
  • Current Certifications in CPR and First Aid
