About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Support Group (PSG) Team. This role is critical to ensuring our teams on the ground receive the necessary support to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Based in our office, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the PSG mailbox and providing centralized support with procurement and general administration tasks to remote Project teams as required.
  • Assisting the broader Project Administration team with administration tasks, such as creating purchase orders, tracking and processing daily worksheets and delivery dockets, entering timesheets, and reconciling invoices.
  • Supporting the setup requirements for new Project offices, including updating Project Registers and document control.

What You'll Bring to the Team

You will be an exceptional administrator with a keen eye for detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in an administration role within the construction industry or a strong interest in developing in this space is highly desirable.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to develop and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
