Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration and trust with pharmacy partners, enhancing distribution, and driving operational excellence through process improvements.

Your primary goal will be to act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to optimize pharmacy workflows. You will also be responsible for monitoring and enforcing service level agreements, ensuring high-quality standards from partner pharmacies.

In addition, you will conduct regular onsite visits to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support, document and update pharmacy workflows to improve transparency and operational efficiency, manage inventory levels and optimize order allocation to maintain efficient stock management, and develop and maintain pharmacy dashboards to track productivity and enhance performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player, driving success both individually and within a collaborative environment
