Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning and dispatching freight, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Additionally, they will stack and wrap pallets, perform warehouse duties as required, create consignment notes, lodge and collect freight at terminals, load and unload delivery vehicles, modify daily routes to accommodate customer needs, prepare work schedules, monitor driver logs, and process export and import shipments.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of warehousing experience
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • A certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience using dispatch software is highly desirable
