Role Overview

As a Frontline Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide brilliant customer service, promote products and fantastic deals, operate point of sale, monitor fuel/stock deliveries, and ensure safe working practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards every customer interaction.
  • Promote products and fantastic deals in store to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Operate point of sale and monitor fuel/stock deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times by adhering to health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to daily tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
