Senior Proactive Safety Business Partner

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the safety culture of an organisation, leveraging strategic initiatives to drive impactful results. As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive Safety & Wellbeing Work Plan.
">Safety Leadership Expertise:">- You will design tailored solutions based on data insights, risk assessments, and frontline engagement to foster a proactive safety environment.
- Empower leaders at all levels by coaching them to adopt safety leadership behaviours, prioritising safety and wellbeing in every decision-making process.
- Leverage your expertise to deliver innovative safety and wellbeing solutions that address both physical and psychosocial safety, driving a holistic wellbeing culture.
- Ensure high-quality incident investigation, support enterprise escalation protocols, and contribute feedback to refine policies according to the Retail Brand and Marketing environment.
- Share best practices and learnings across the Safety & Wellbeing community to enhance capability and performance.
