We are seeking a medical professional to fill a Consultant position in Emergency Medicine. The successful candidate will be based at Mount Isa Hospital, which serves the rural and remote communities of North Western Queensland and the Gulf of Carpentaria.
The hospital has 200 beds and is the main referral point for North West Central Queensland. Our region boasts an average of over 300 days of sunshine each year, providing a unique opportunity for an outdoor lifestyle.
This role requires strong clinical skills, particularly in Anaesthetics practice, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver emergency medical services to patients requiring immediate attention
- Fulfill clinical on-call requirements in Anaesthetics practice
