The Role Summary

This position involves leading a small crew performing planned and reactive maintenance on various systems, facilities, and equipment including HVAC. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, supervision of in-house staff and subcontractors, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, contributing to overall site maintenance, performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance and testing, and maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Supervision of in-house staff and subcontractors to contribute to overall site maintenance
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
  • Contribution to overall site maintenance
  • Performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance and testing
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Competent using the MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP or similar – Highly regarded
  • WA Driver's Licence
Benefits

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 07:00am – 03:30pm with penalty rates and allowances.
