We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Housing team in QLD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of tenancy and property management services, ensuring compliance with funding body requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Housing Workers to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of Community Housing goals
  • Collaborate with the General Manager Housing to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery
  • Coordinate compliance, essential service, and annual asset management programs for the region
  • Oversee the management of tenancy and property management databases to ensure data integrity and compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social housing or community housing, with experience in managing staff and overseeing a diverse property portfolio. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
