We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our high-performing finance team.

This role offers a strategic seat at the table, working directly with C-Suite executives to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, provide strategic tax and transfer pricing advice, and guide transaction structuring, contractual tax matters, and invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading direct and indirect tax compliance
  • Providing strategic tax and transfer pricing advice
  • Guiding transaction structuring, contractual tax matters, and invoicing
  • Overseeing tax accounting and statutory reporting requirements
  • Managing transfer pricing documentation and compliance
  • Maintaining tax policies and ensuring jurisdictional compliance
  • Leading tax audits and managing regulatory communications
  • Monitoring and mitigating tax risks across entities
  • Developing and delivering tax training to key stakeholders
  • Staying ahead of tax law changes and advising on business impact

Requirements include:

  • Degree-qualified and CA/CPA
  • Strong technical Australian tax knowledge and leadership experience
  • Background in a large corporate or multinational
  • Strategic mindset and ability to visualise how Tax affects the entire business
  • Outstanding communication; written and verbal
