**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Nursing Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support services for residents, enabling them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide and monitor the care of residents, using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making.
  • Develop therapeutic and caring relationships with residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve resident outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in-charge.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Complete a police check.
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.
