Customer Service Opportunity

The Role

Our Café/Kiosk Attendants play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to provide high-quality service to our customers, maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café at all times.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the café area
  • Replenishing condiments and supplies as needed
  • Following health and safety guidelines
  • Utilising cash handling skills and operating POS systems efficiently
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with regular customers
  • Offering product recommendations and promoting healthy food options
  • Working effectively during peak periods and adapting to changing circumstances
Skills & Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Coffee making and barista skills are desirable
  • Food Handling Certificate and current First Aid Certification are necessary
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
