Operational Services Officer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Pre-Analytical Services team as an Operational Services Officer.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of specimens and delivering outstanding care to patients.

Your key responsibilities will include phlebotomy, specimen collection, management, and administration, utilizing Laboratory Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely handling of patient information. You'll also be responsible for receiving, sorting, and preparing specimens for analysis, ensuring proper storage and transportation under defined conditions.
