Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Personalized Service: Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and exceptional experience.
  • Promote a Fun Atmosphere: Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Attend to Guest Needs: Attend to guest needs and requests by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen, and other amenities.
  • Take Food and Beverage Orders: Take guests' food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures.
  • Record Transactions: Record transactions using the MICROS system.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and condition of the poolside.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol: Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification: I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience working in a customer service role is preferable.
  • First Aid Qualification: First Aid qualification is desirable.
  • Unrestricted Working Rights: Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
