Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled native title practitioner to join our team.

The role will involve assistance with native title claim resolution and providing advice to Registered Native Title Body Corporates (RNTBCs).

Duties may include litigation, agreement making and dispute resolution. Effective communication skills and high standards of written work will be essential.

Applicants must have extensive experience in native title claim resolution and advising RNTBCs. Experience in dispute resolution, including facilitating meetings and mediating in native title, will be highly regarded.

Candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently with high accuracy.

A relevant practising certificate and experience working with practice management software are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistance with native title claim resolution

  • Litigation, agreement making and dispute resolution

Frequent travel to regional and remote areas is required. Flexible working conditions, including working from home, are available.
