Job Title: Part-Time Retail Professional

We are seeking a motivated and energetic retail professional to join our team on a part-time basis at our Jindalee Factory Outlet in Brisbane.

  • Be aware of sales and targets, take ownership over them and use store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet customers' expectations
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way

To be successful, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success. You will be passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Targets: Be aware of sales and targets, take ownership over them and use store resources to meet or exceed them.

Customer Service: Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet customers' expectations.

Visual Merchandising: Process merchandise deliveries quickly and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.

Brand Representation: Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.

Requirements:

To be successful, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success. You will be passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

About Working Hours:

As a part-time retail professional, you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
