**Sales Associate Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a part-time or casual capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a retail or food environment, be confident in their ability to provide outstanding customer service, and possess excellent communication skills.

The role requires flexibility, with a focus on meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a retail or food environment an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings/late evenings

Supplemental pay types:

  • Retail, sales, and customer service experience beneficial
