Imagine playing a pivotal role in shaping the design of our projects. As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process to ensure each project meets our high standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and finalize design plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and finalize design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify design-related issues, and provide necessary guidance and solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address design changes, modifications, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with project specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of design decisions, approvals, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of post-graduate experience working on construction projects, preferably in the high-end residential or commercial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
