Regulatory Oversight Manager Role

\

You will lead a team within the Compliance Unit, driving performance to meet key objectives.

  • Direct Senior Compliance Officers to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into breaches of consumer legislation and financial crimes.
  • Manage and report on significant complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Oversee prosecutions, tribunal proceedings, and other enforcement activities.
  • Develop state-wide compliance strategies and report on operational plans.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.

A Queensland driver's license is required and a qualification in Investigations would be highly regarded.
