Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking experienced and licensed individuals to join our team in a Full-Time role, contributing to creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Respond to incidents, including medical emergencies and security-related events.
  • Monitor safety risks and report hazards or suspicious activity to maintain a secure environment.
  • Support centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols.
Key Requirements:
  • Hold a current Victorian Security License with Crowd Control function.
  • Possess current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
