We're currently seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our team in our South Brisbane office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a business with a genuine purpose and a commitment to supporting its people.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and sourcing leads. You'll have access to our current client base of over 800 clients and will be supported by our outsourcing partners to assist with application completion and lodgement.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential mortgage broking. Current accreditation with major lenders and proven experience in closing high volumes of business will be highly regarded.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in our marketing initiatives;
- Converting leads from marketing and referrals by the Moneywise Global Financial Advice and Tax teams;
- Providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and FCTG staff;
- Maximising internal and external referral opportunities.
Qualifications / experience required:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815);
- Accredited Mortgage Broker with minimum 2 years' broking experience;
- FBAA / MFAA Accredited.
