Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Director, Research And Evaluation.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will see you working closely with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise, scope, develop and manage project plans.

The successful candidate will lead mixed-methods research and evaluation projects using quantitative, qualitative and survey methodologies.

They will also be responsible for ensuring research and evaluation align with guidelines, standard operating procedures and ethics requirements.

A key aspect of this role will be preparing and presenting reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work collaboratively with the Research and Evaluation Branch as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise, scope, develop and manage project plans.
  • Lead mixed-methods research and evaluation projects using quantitative, qualitative and survey methodologies.
  • Ensure research and evaluation align with guidelines, standard operating procedures and ethics requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Research and Evaluation Branch as required.
