Job Title: Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a support assistant in a regional NSW location.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides administrative and clerical support to the management team, working closely with them to ensure smooth operations of the service/unit/ward/facility.

About the Role
  • This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will also possess a high level of organisational skill, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, emails, and internet searches.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including attention to detail when writing and good listening skills when communicating with managers, colleagues, and the public.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar support role in a complex organisation.
  • Ability to make good decisions about work priorities and achieve key tasks effectively in a busy work area.
  • Competency in the use of common information and communication technology.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
