Burger Urge is a rapidly expanding and vibrant restaurant chain passionate about burgers. We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Venue Manager who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture. We seek an individual who is motivated, diligent, and embraces change rather than a mere overseer.

The Role
  • Overseeing daily operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-kept restaurant environment.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Formulating and executing strategies to boost sales and enhance revenue.
  • Analyzing sales and financial metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Creating and sustaining a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
