Lead NDIS Team for Growth and Excellence

As a senior leadership professional, you will lead a team of Allied Health professionals in delivering exceptional services to NDIS participants.

This key role involves driving quality and service excellence, supporting the business growth strategy, and fostering a positive culture that drives retention, engagement, and recruitment.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within the NDIS, demonstrated ability to grow and manage a performing team, sound commercial acumen, and a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding services;
  • Building relationships with local stakeholders and promoting our organization's values;
  • Creating a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and growth;
