We are seeking a reliable and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Armidale Hospital. This is a casual position, with the successful candidate working on an as-needs basis.

The primary role of the Nursing Assistant is to assist in maintaining a safe and efficient environment within the hospital. This includes supporting patient hygiene, transporting patients to various departments, and facilitating the movement of equipment and supplies across wards.

A key aspect of this position is providing exceptional patient care. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, while also implementing proactive measures to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, integrity, and reliability. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues to provide high-quality care and maintain a positive work environment.
