We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to lead our inventory management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of client inventory held at national sites, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate daily cycle counts and storage location checks to maintain inventory integrity nationwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and conduct stock takes, updating procedures and reconciliation resources.
  • Maintain parity between WMS databases, reporting KPI variances and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and track relevant inventory metrics, presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide training and support on inventory control concepts and best practices, promoting process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Forklift license or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in WMS systems within RF environments
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, preferably in 3PL settings, with a focus on inventory management functions
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively
