Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of inventory levels and stock information within our warehouse operations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner
  • Process stock adjustments and returns while maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports and entries as required
  • Cycle count and conduct regular stocktakes to maintain inventory integrity
  • Upload monthly reporting data to relevant systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
