At the heart of a successful investment team is an exceptional support professional who ensures seamless operations and boosts productivity. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant - Funds Operations to join our dynamic investment environment.

This role offers a unique blend of executive support and operational know-how, where you will work closely with our senior leadership team to manage their time effectively, coordinate events, and provide high-level administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. They should have a strong background in private credit, wealth management, funds management, or institutional investments, and be able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues, clients, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's business diary and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate company events, lunches, dinners, and other functions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders as required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support fund operations and compliance activities
