Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the South Burnett region.

This permanent full-time role will see you take charge of delivering critical civil works projects by coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth execution across infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate delivery of critical civil works projects by managing contractors, tracking budgets, and ensuring on-ground execution meets project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
  • Oversee a range of civil infrastructure projects from scoping to completion, including roadworks, water infrastructure, and streetscapes.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and tenders, assess submissions, and lead pre-start meetings.
  • Monitor site works, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure construction meets project specs, safety standards, and deadlines.
  • Work closely with internal teams, service providers, and the public to keep everyone informed, address concerns, and maintain strong community relationships.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and risks through clear, timely reporting.
