Part-time Financial Assistant

This role involves supporting the Finance Team by handling cashiering and assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely payment processing duties
  • Maintain accounting practices in line with established policies
  • Coordinate credit issuance and discuss concerns with colleagues and departments
  • Pursue collection of overdue payments and discuss concerns
About this role:

This part-time position requires flexibility and strong communication skills.

As an experienced finance professional, you will handle payment processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service to internal teams.
