Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a Hotel Attendant to join our housekeeping team.

The Hotel Attendant will be responsible for ensuring every room is at its absolute best for our guests. This includes making sure rooms are clean and tidy, assisting guests with any requests they may have, and maintaining a high standard of personal presentation.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in all rooms
• Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have
• Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste
• Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items
• Participate in deep cleaning projects as required

• Flexibility with shifts, including early morning and late evening shifts
• Available to work weekends
• Ability to complete a wide range of tasks within a set time period
• High standard of personal presentation
• Must meet legal requirements to work in this country
• Fitness level is important as this role involves being on your feet most of the day
• Occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and/or pushing/pulling heavy objects
• Approachable and passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Dynamic, vibrant, confident, and professional personality
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel environment or similar commercial setting
• Strong attention to detail
