Job Description

As a dedicated Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring every room is at its absolute best for our guests.

  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and tidiness in all rooms.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and ensure seamless operations.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and attention to detail, as well as being physically fit to handle the demands of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Flexibility with shifts, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Availability for weekend shifts.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fitness level required, as this role involves being on your feet most of the day.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and pushing/pulling heavy objects.
