Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. Based at our Brisbane DFO store, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement store business strategies to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Manage and train a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and analyze store performance to optimize sales and customer engagement
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team to drive business success

Requirements

  • Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of success
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
