At the forefront of brand marketing, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive our content strategies across key channels.
The RoleYou will be responsible for leading integrated content initiatives that span retail, social media, and influencer partnerships. As the primary point of contact for marketing brand collaborations, you will develop and execute comprehensive content calendars, ensuring seamless alignment with global guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Content Development & Creative Collaboration
- Plan and brief local content creation requirements to internal creative agencies, upholding brand consistency and campaign goals.
- Oversee content production, encompassing photoshoots and video content development.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and key Brand Partner teams to refine and deliver calendar content requirements.
- Paid & Organic Social Media
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on target audience engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and report monthly campaign performance metrics, informing future marketing strategies and optimization opportunities.
- Create an organic social media strategy, emphasizing consistent brand messaging and audience interaction on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Influencer Marketing & Public Relations
- Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies in partnership with external agencies, fostering influential relationships and amplifying brand exposure.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to enhance brand sentiment and amplify collaborations across relevant communication channels.
- Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising
- Supervise Retail Marketing Specialists to provide campaign content for store networks, ensuring cohesive visual branding.
- Distribute tailored campaign and promotion content to eCommerce & CRM teams, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Coordinate showroom and office POP updates to maintain brand consistency and allure.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including agency partners and teams, to foster collaborative growth.
- Manage external agencies and key account managers to align with brand objectives, driving business results through strategic partnerships.
- Budget & Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing budget management, optimizing resource allocation and streamlining administrative processes.
- Conduct market research to remain ahead of industry trends, ensuring innovative marketing tactics that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain brand tone and voice consistency, ensuring all creative execution adheres to established branding guidelines.
We seek candidates with 3+ years of marketing management experience, preferably within the retail or agency sectors. A strong understanding of end-to-end content creation is essential, along with the ability to interpret global guidelines from a local perspective. Familiarity with social media landscape dynamics and key metrics is also crucial.
