Mainframe Security Compliance Role Overview

The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) is seeking a skilled Security Compliance Engineer to join our Mainframe Security team. This is a unique opportunity to work on designing, developing, and evaluating secure solutions for the Mainframe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating requests for access to the ANZ Mainframe platform and software resources against Industry, ANZ, and ANZ Mainframe standards in relation to compliance and best practice.

• Translating Mainframe access requirements into best practice security software solutions.

• Providing compliance approval outcomes and recommendations for Mainframe software solution details to security Administration teams.

• Developing and maintaining re-usable Mainframe security architecture and design patterns for consumption.

• Developing and maintaining Mainframe Security Compliance reporting.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Security Principles, with the knowledge of designing, developing, evaluating, and reviewing secure solutions in an Agile environment for the Mainframe.

• Familiarity with IBM Mainframe Security Principles and Software.

• Ability to communicate ANZ's requirements for compliance and best practice in securing the ANZ Mainframe environment.

• Knowledge and understanding of threat modelling methodologies and common tactics, techniques, and procedures in agile environments.
