Mobile Plant Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Instructor to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mobile plant technology and experience developing and delivering technical training programs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and deliver technical training programs on Liebherr mining equipment, including electrified and autonomous equipment;
- Maintain current technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with future technology requirements;
- Seek out opportunities for internal and external customer training;
- Prepare and distribute reports;
- Coordinate with internal customers to deliver required technical training;
- Participate in quality audits and assessments;
- Develop, maintain and update training programs and documents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Cert III Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent trade certificate;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40120 or ability to obtain;
- Industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs;
- Experience working on Liebherr-Mining equipment or comparable OEM equipment advantageous.
