Job Overview:

As a seasoned technology leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of tailored solutions for clients utilizing cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to define client needs, craft compelling proposals to meet those requirements, and oversee the seamless implementation of comprehensive project solutions.

You will work in tandem with internal stakeholders to set industry benchmarks for client satisfaction and contribute to the creation of client service frameworks that foster long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of experts who provide top-notch support to clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure remains operational by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish standards for exceptional client experiences and developing policies, procedures, and standards that drive client loyalty.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to address complex client challenges.
  • Providing expert guidance on complaint resolution and major incident management to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of IT operations and the ability to leverage NTT's service offerings effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT industry landscape and business imperatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
  • Significant experience in similar roles within related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
