We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our studio team at Sparrow Early Learning in Drouin, Victoria. As a Studio Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role:

  • To deliver high-quality education and care to children through play-based learning activities that foster imagination and creativity.">
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and interests while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • To engage children in imaginative activities such as treasure hunts, potion making, and singing that promote cognitive and social development.">
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a cohesive and supportive learning environment.">

Requirements:

">
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).">
  • Experience in engaging children in imaginative activities and promoting their cognitive and social development.">
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.">
  • A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.">
