About the Venue Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to lead our operations team. This leadership role requires strong people management skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute and follow through on projects.

Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day operations, ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed and effectively managed
  • Oversee bar, room service, events operations, and rooftop functions in a way that maximizes efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery
  • Successfully manage the operational running of events and bar functions, including planning, setup, execution, and follow-up
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-2 years' experience in a similar leadership or managerial position in a food and beverage environment. You'll also need to deliver exceptional customer service, have in-depth F&B knowledge, and demonstrate ability to drive customer service programs and achieve desired results.
