We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving student recruitment and brand visibility across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in developing targeted advertising strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advertising placement strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and demographic insights to identify marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding concepts, promotional content, and advertising materials.
- Identify and leverage effective marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide strategic input on service packages and promotional offers based on market analysis.
- Support management in developing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market penetration while enhancing student satisfaction.
- Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agents and partners.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports offering actionable insights based on campaign analytics and sales data.
- Monitor key marketing metrics such as advertising conversion rates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and CRM systems.
