Position Overview
Help at Home by Montefiore is in search of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist exclusive private clients throughout greater Sydney, delivering top-notch personal care within their residences.

Service Areas
We are particularly interested in care workers for clients located in and around St Ives, covering both the upper and lower Northern suburbs of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
Daily tasks may encompass:

  • Providing transportation for appointments or social engagements
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with shopping
  • Offering companionship
  • Delivering light domestic support

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Full vaccination is recommended but not mandatory
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Check

Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Flu vaccination
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience working with clients with dementia
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or a related field
  • NSW Driver's license
